Home Staging is the best proven way to get top dollar for the sale of your home. This is because Staging sets the scene throughout your space to create immediate buyer interest in your property. This is done by depersonalizing your home to create a look which will appeal to the maximum number of potential buyers.

As said by Barb Schwarz, the creator of Home Staging, "The way you live in your home, and the way you market and sell your home, are two different things.” De-clutter, and de-personalize! Prospective buyers need to be able to imagine themselves in your space. It’s all about keeping it simple, with a neutral, yet stylish look and feel.

I offer two different services to help you get your home sold.

· Onsite Consultation – I will come to your home and conduct a room-by-room assessment. While there, I will compile a detailed report containing all of the necessary steps to properly stage your home yourself. A flat fee of $200 will be due upon completion of my assessment.

· Home Redesigns
– I will come to your home and stage it for sale, using pieces you already own. The pieces we do not use will need to be packed up and temporarily stored. A little creativity goes a long way! I charge a flat hourly rate for my staging work.
